العربون المدفوع غير قابل للاسترجاع في حال إلغاء الطلب من قبل العميل بعد تأكيده.
نوفر تعديل المقاسات مجانًا بالكامل على نفس القطعة داخل دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة .
في حال طلب التعديلات يتم احتساب 30 درهم عند استلام القطعة من العميل، و30 درهم عند إرجاعها بعد التعديل (رسوم خاصة بشركة الشحن)
مدة تنفيذ التعديلات من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل من يوم استلام القطعة.
يُرجى تفقد الطلب خلال يومين عمل من الاستلام.
قد يطرأ اختلاف بسيط في لون القطعة عن الصور المعروضة، وذلك بسبب الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشة، وهذا أمر طبيعي لا يُعد عيبًا في المنتج.
جميع فساتيننا تحتوي على مساحات داخلية للتوسيع بحد أقصى 2 إنش فقط.
في حال اختيار المقاس من جدول المقاسات، فإن التعديلات تكون ضمن الحدود المتاحة فقط حسب المساحه الداخليه.

الشحنات خارج دولة الإمارات لا تشمل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال نهائيًا.
لا نتحمل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب تفرضها دولة الشحن، وتكون مسؤولية العميل بالكامل.
في حال رفض استلام الطلب بعد الشحن، لا يتم استرجاع أي مبالغ مدفوعة.
لا يُعتبر عدم مناسبة الفستان لشكل الجسم سببًا للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، حيث يختلف مظهر التصميم حسب طبيعة الجسم والمقاسات.

We provide free size alterations on the same item within the United Arab Emirates.
In case of alteration requests, AED 30 will be charged for collection and AED 30 for redelivery (shipping company fees).

If the customer رفضs to receive the order after shipping, no payments will be refunded.
Unsuitability of the dress to the body shape is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange, as the appearance of the design may vary depending on body type and measurements.
