الاسترجاع والاستبدال:
لايوجد استرجاع مالي بعد تأكيد الطلب .
جميع القطع المعروضة في متجر فرموسا يتم تجهيزها حسب الطلب، وليست قطعاً جاهزة للاستبدال.
لا نوفر الاسترجاع المالي أو استبدال القطع بسبب تغيير الرأي أو التراجع عن الشراء أو اختيار موديل أو مقاس غير مناسب.
لا يمكن استبدال القطعة بموديل آخر أو لون آخر بعد تأكيد الطلب والبدء في تجهيزه.
لا يُعد عدم ملاءمة تصميم الفستان لشكل الجسم أو اختلاف مظهره عند ارتدائه عن توقعات العميلة سبباً للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، ما دامت القطعة مطابقة للمواصفات المعتمدة وخالية من عيوب التصنيع.
يُرجى مراجعة جدول المقاسات المتوفر في الموقع بعناية والتأكد من اختيار المقاس المناسب قبل إتمام الطلب.
تتحمل العميلة مسؤولية اختيار المقاس وإدخال القياسات المطلوبة بصورة صحيحة، ولا يُعد اختيار مقاس غير مناسب سبباً للاسترجاع المالي أو استبدال القطعة، إذا كانت القياسات الفعلية مطابقة للمقاس المعتمد عند الطلب.
قد توجد فروقات طفيفة في القياسات نتيجة طبيعة القص والخياطة والتفصيل اليدوي، بشرط ألا تؤثر بصورة جوهرية على المقاس أو المواصفات المعتمدة.
نحرص على عرض صور المنتجات وألوانها بأقرب صورة ممكنة للواقع، إلا أن درجات الألوان قد تختلف بشكل طفيف نتيجة الإضاءة المستخدمة أثناء التصوير، وإعدادات الشاشات، وسطوع الهاتف، وطبيعة القماش وانعكاس الضوء عليه.
لا تُعد الاختلافات البسيطة وغير الجوهرية في درجات الألوان الناتجة عن التصوير أو إعدادات الشاشات سبباً للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
قد تظهر اختلافات طفيفة في بعض تفاصيل الخياطة أو توزيع الزخارف والتطريز نتيجة طبيعة العمل اليدوي، دون الإخلال بالتصميم الأساسي أو المواصفات المتفق عليها.
في حال وجود اي عيب مصنعي يرجى التواصل مع المتجر خلال يومين عمل فقط.
خدمة تعديل المقاسات داخل دولة الإمارات
حرصاً منا على رضا عميلاتنا، نوفر خدمة تعديل المقاسات مجاناً على نفس القطعة داخل دولة الإمارات، وفقاً للشروط التالية:
يجب تقديم طلب التعديل خلال يومين عمل من تاريخ استلام الفستان.
تشمل خدمة التعديل تعديل القياسات فقط، ولا تشمل تغيير الموديل أو اللون أو التصميم الأساسي، أو إضافة تفاصيل جديدة إلى الفستان.
تتوفر خدمة التعديل المجانية بحسب إمكانية التنفيذ الفني ووجود مساحة قماش كافية داخل القطعة تسمح بالتوسيع أو التعديل دون التأثير على التصميم أو جودته.
تكون أجور تعديل المقاسات المقبولة ضمن هذه الخدمة مجانية، وتتحمل العميلة رسوم المندوب فقط، بواقع 30 درهماً لاستلام القطعة و30 درهماً لإعادتها بعد التعديل، بإجمالي 60 درهماً.
تستغرق التعديلات عادةً من 3 إلى اسبوع من تاريخ استلام القطعة لدينا، وقد تختلف المدة بحسب نوع التعديل المطلوب.
لا تشمل خدمة التعديلات المجانية القطع التي سبق تعديلها أو تغيير تصميمها لدى خياط أو جهة خارجية، إذا كان ذلك يؤثر على إمكانية تعديلها أو تقييم حالتها.
تخضع طلبات التعديل للفحص الفني للتأكد من إمكانية تنفيذها، ويحق للمتجر عدم إجراء أي تعديل قد يؤدي إلى تلف القماش أو تشويه التصميم أو التأثير على جودة القطعة.
الطلبات خارج دولة الإمارات
تبقى الحقوق المتعلقة بعيوب التصنيع أو عدم مطابقة المنتج للمواصفات المعتمدة خاضعة للقوانين واجبة التطبيق، ويتم التعامل مع هذه الحالات بشكل مستقل.
لا تتوفر خدمة تعديل المقاسات الاعتيادية للطلبات المشحونة خارج دولة الإمارات.
يُرجى التأكد بعناية من جدول المقاسات والموديل وجميع التفاصيل قبل إتمام الطلب الدولي.
لا يمكن إرجاع القطع الدولية أو استبدالها بسبب اختيار مقاس غير مناسب أو اختلاف التوقعات الشخصية عن شكل الفستان.
Returns & Exchanges
All items displayed in the FRUMOASA FASHION store are made to order and are not ready-made items available for exchange.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind, order cancellation, or choosing an unsuitable design or size.
Items cannot be exchanged for a different design or color once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
If the dress design does not suit the customer’s body shape, or its appearance when worn differs from the customer’s expectations, this is not considered a valid reason for a return or exchange, provided the item matches the approved specifications and has no manufacturing defects.
Customers are kindly requested to carefully check the size chart available on our website and select the correct size before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements. Choosing an incorrect size does not qualify for a refund or exchange if the actual measurements of the item match the size selected when placing the order.
Minor measurement differences may occur due to the nature of cutting, sewing, and handmade tailoring, provided they do not significantly affect the approved size or specifications.
We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, phone brightness, fabric texture, and light reflection.
Minor and insignificant color differences caused by photography or screen settings are not considered valid reasons for returns or exchanges.
Slight variations in stitching details, embroidery, or decorative placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, without affecting the main design or agreed specifications.
If you notice any manufacturing defect, please contact our store within 2 working days.
Free Size Alterations Within the UAE
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer free size alterations on the same item within the United Arab Emirates, subject to the following conditions:
Alteration requests must be submitted within 2 working days of receiving the dress.
This service covers size adjustments only. It does not include changing the design, color, original style, or adding new details to the dress.
Free alterations are subject to technical feasibility and the availability of sufficient fabric allowance to make adjustments without affecting the design or quality.
Approved size alterations are free of charge. Customers are only responsible for courier fees: AED 30 for collection and AED 30 for redelivery, totaling AED 60.
Alterations usually take 3 to 7 days from the date we receive the item. The timeframe may vary depending on the type of alteration required.
Free alterations do not cover items previously altered or redesigned by an outside tailor or third party if such changes affect our ability to assess or alter the item.
All alteration requests are subject to a technical inspection. FRUMOASA FASHION reserves the right to decline any alteration that may damage the fabric, affect the design, or reduce the quality of the item.
International Orders (Outside the UAE)
Our standard size alteration service is not available for orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates.
Customers must carefully review the size chart, design, and all product details before placing an international order.
International orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection or personal expectations regarding the appearance of the dress.
Customer rights relating to manufacturing defects or items that do not match the approved specifications remain subject to applicable laws. Such cases will be reviewed and handled separately.
